Stay up to date on your area of interest. Use your downtime to listen to podcasts, read bestsellers in the business category and catch up on some classics. Read the long versions of your favorite blogs. Study a new skill. Keep your brain challenged and your mind open to new ideas. It just might come in handy during an interview.
