When you’re feeling overwhelmed
When it feels like there’s so much to do and you’re not seeing any progress and you just don’t want to do it anymore, make a list. Break it down by each task. Focus on one task at a time and don’t try to get everything done in one sitting. Take frequent breaks. And most importantly, check off each box when you’re done.
